Victor comes with 21 years of top-level experience throughout Asia.  He started with book and magazine publishing in Hong Kong and has resided in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, giving him the understanding and appreciation of different cultures in Asia.

He was founder and managing director of Chelsea Media Ltd., who worked on the launch of the HSBC’s customer loyalty magazine ‘Select’ for their Privilege Customer account holders. He has worked on branding programs with many of the greatest icons around the globe; American Express, Coke, HSBC, Shangri-la, AIA, Visa, McDonalds, along with many others. He specializes in brand identity building and customer loyalty programs. Providing the brand with its personalised on target marketing strategies and guiding that brand to become a market leader.
